Filter Fabric
WTEX filter fabric is a heavy-duty protective fabric used where filtration and protection of the surrounding environment are important. It reduces wind impact, channels rainwater away, protects against falling objects, and is well suited for sandblasting and other dust-generating work.
Filter Fabric / Windbreak Fabric
WTEX filter fabric is used as a protective and safety fabric on construction sites and serves a similar purpose to scaffolding netting, but with significantly higher strength and enhanced performance.
The fabric is designed to protect against falling objects, reduce the impact of weather and wind, and contribute to a drier and safer working environment. It allows only approximately 4–6% wind penetration, reducing wind loads while still permitting airflow. This enables rainwater to run down the outside of the fabric, helping to keep work areas and personnel dry even during rainfall.
The filter fabric is particularly well suited for projects where filtration and protection of the surrounding environment are a high priority. It can be used for sandblasting and other dust- and particle-intensive operations, where the fabric captures particles while allowing air to pass through. TEX-140 FR Premium
TEX-140 FR Premium is a flame-retardant filter fabric developed for projects where filtration, protection, and high strength are important. The fabric is used as a protective and safety barrier on construction sites, similar to scaffolding netting, but with significantly greater strength and more robust properties.
The Premium version is supplied in a width of 3.2 metres and features reinforced strengthening bands every metre. This provides increased tear resistance, improved load distribution, and faster, more efficient installation compared to the standard version. The additional reinforcement also contributes to greater durability during long-term use and demanding conditions.
TEX-140 FR Premium is particularly suitable for projects where filtration and protection of the surrounding environment are a high priority. The fabric can be used for dust-generating operations such as sandblasting, where particles are captured while air is allowed to pass through. This helps improve dust control and creates a safer working environment.
The fabric is flame-retardant and classified according to EN 13501-1, Class B-s1,d0, and is designed for professional use where safety, strength, and efficient handling are required.

TEX-140 FR Standard
TEX-140 FR Standard is a flame-retardant filter fabric developed for use as a protective and safety fabric on construction sites. It is the same type of fabric as TEX-140 FR Premium but is supplied without reinforced strengthening bands and in a width of 3.07 metres.
The fabric is used in a similar way to scaffolding netting and is well suited for projects where filtration and protection of the surrounding environment are important. It reduces the impact of wind and rain while allowing air to pass through. This helps control dust, splashes, and particles generated during work operations and contributes to a safer and more organized working environment.
TEX-140 FR Standard is commonly used for residential construction, renovation projects, and smaller commercial developments where a functional and reliable filter fabric is required for normal load conditions.
